Structural Design Engineer2–6 yearsFull-time
Design and detail building structures — from villas and resorts to commercial projects — working in BIM alongside our senior engineers.
Thalang, Phuket
What you will do
- Structural analysis and design of reinforced concrete and steel buildings.
- Prepare calculations, design reports and structural drawings.
- Build and coordinate structural models in BIM with architects and MEP engineers.
- Review contractor shop drawings and answer technical queries during construction.
- Join site visits and inspections of existing buildings.
What we are looking for
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
- Civil engineering licence (ภาคีวิศวกรโยธา) or higher.
- 2–6 years of structural design experience.
- Confident with structural analysis software and AutoCAD.
- Able to read and write technical English.
Nice to have
- Experience with BIM software such as Revit or Tekla.
- Experience with hillside, coastal or resort projects.
Site Engineer2–6 yearsFull-time
Be our engineer on site — supervising construction quality, coordinating with contractors and keeping work on programme.

What you will do
- Supervise construction on site against the approved drawings and specifications.
- Check setting out, formwork, reinforcement and concrete before pours.
- Coordinate day to day with contractors, architects and the design team.
- Track progress against the programme and record quantities of work done.
- Write site reports and flag problems early.
What we are looking for
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
- Civil engineering licence (ภาคีวิศวกรโยธา) or higher.
- 2–6 years of site experience on building projects.
- Able to read structural and architectural drawings.
- Own transport and willing to travel to sites around Phuket.
Nice to have
- Experience on villa, hotel or resort construction.
- Basic quantity surveying or programme planning.
